In The Majestic Empire Of The Incas Lake titicaca is the place wherefrom it is said that arised Manco Capac and Mama Ocllo , as the founding couple who, after having walked accompanied by their suite, sunk a golden scepter on Mount Wanacaure, situated South of Cusco, at an altitude of 4,089 ma.s.l.
